Education: I LOVE learning. I completed my doctorate at UPENN where I researched flow and mindfulness tools to prevent burnout and find our zone of genius. I graduated Columbia with my MSW *masters in Social Work, and NYU with my Bachelors in Social Work. I believe influence requires us to have positive impact personally and in community. I help you do this.
Infertility Journey to Parenthood: I really really wanted to become a parent. My daughter is here thanks to science and was worth the wait. Didn’t know I would like parenthood as much as i do. Yup, even those weeks of weird sleep, it’s worth it for me.
Surfing: I’m a forever beginner surfer, and living on Maui there are incredible waves most days. When you join me here for a VIP retreat, we’ll surf flow and in the ocean together if you’re up for it!
