Music changes your brain and your life.

Music saved my life. It served as a tool to recover from severe bullying when I was in middle school. As I healed, I made playlists and burned CDs (I’m an elder millennial) and shared songs that helped me, with others in hopes it might help.
After 2 years of surviving serious medical issues and natural disasters, music has saved my life yet again. And now as a flow researcher and mindfulness teacher in my late 30s I create and share flow playlists with thousands of friends on the internet every month. Even as a licensed therapist, I quickly realized the coping skills I had used until my mid 20s weren't regulating my nervous system enough anymore. I was experiencing chronic burnout, and ended up exhausted and over- scheduled. I knew something had to change so I dug into the research and discovered the science of Flow. I've been able to change my brain and my life thanks to the benefits of Flow, which are natural, free, and within your reach. I'm on a mission to help you tap into your flow and regulate your nervous system so you can move towards growth and living an intentional life in flow.
